ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the    6000     block of      South Parkside Avenue      including wrap-around on 6001 South Parkside Avenue, from South Parkside Avenue west to the alley, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday thru Saturday.
