RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Sheilann Brosnahan to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Sheilann Brosnahan; Age 55; Beloved daughter of Sabina "Sheila", nee Gaughan and the late James Brosnahan; Cherished sister of Mary Margaret (Kriston Kato) and James (Janet) Brosnahan; Dear aunt of Tierney, James, Julia, and Quinn; Sheilann's family is forever grateful to the many devoted and loving caregivers at Misericordia Home, where she lived and thrived in an environment of compassion, dignity and respect for the beautiful gift of her life. Sheilann Brosnahan leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty-fourth day of May, 2016, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Sheilann Brosnahan and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family Sheilann Brosnahan.
