BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT3.5, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, B3-3, Community Shopping District, and C1-3, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-E in the area bounded by
East 36th Place; South Michigan Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to East 37th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Michigan Avenue; a line 250.5 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; South Indiana Avenue; a line 423 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; a line 163 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; south Michigan Avenue; a line 150.5 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; a line 100.5 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; South Indiana Avenue; a line 12 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; East 37th Street; and a line 184.8 feet west of and parallel to South Michigan Avenue.
