RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His Infinite wisdom has called Carmen W. Pindozzo, Jr. to his eternal reward; and

WHERAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHERAS, Mr. Pindozzo being the loving dad of Jaclyn (Brian) Raica and step-dad of Joseph (Kaylee) Betz; dear papa of Brian and Kyle Raica and Kaylyn Betz; former husband of Mary Ann Betz; cherished son of the late Carmen and Ruthelean (nee Christensen); dear brother of Judy (Ken) Susmarski; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; preceded in death by his four-legged companion Rusty; former 30 year owner of D'Anardo's Restaurant in Chicago's Clearing Neighborhood; and

BE IT RESOLVED That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eighteenth day of December, 2019, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Carmen W. Pindozzo, Jr. and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
