ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the  4900   block of     South Kedvale Avenue .   from West 49th Street to West 50^ Street,   on both sides of the street   .    Sunday thru Saturday,   at all times .
