Requested Zoning Change at 123 S Peoria / 128 S Green Valid Written Protest
To Whom It May Concern,
Per section 17-13-0307 of the Chicago Zoning ordinance, a Valid Written Protest may be filed if signed and acknowledged by "property owners of land immediately touching, or immediately or immediately across the street from at least 20% of the perimeter of the land to be rezoned".
We note that there are two multiunit residential properties immediately touching the land to be rezoned (850 W Adams and 111 S Peoria), and one multiunit residential property immediately across the street (123 S Green). We also note that, between these three buildings there are 328 P!Ns (excluding parking spaces). The signatures below from protesting property owners below represent over 20% of those PINs.

Tne condominium project proposed by ZSD Corp at this location is not within the best interest of this community, especially when compared to alternatives that exist within the property's current zoning
