BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on October 7, 2009, printed on page 72747of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing 15 Minute Loading Zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

"North Elston (east side) from a point 153 feet East of N. Keeler to a point 37 Feet E. thereof; 15 minutes Loading Zone, use with flashing lights; Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm" (P02009-5824)

and inserting in lieu thereof:

"North Elston (east side) from a point 153 feet East of N. Keeler to a point 20 Feet E. thereof; 15 minutes Loading Zone, use with flashing lights; Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm"
