ORDERED, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to issue payments, each in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00, in conformity with the schedule herein set forth, to physicians, hospitals, nurses or other individuals, in settlement for hospital, medical and nursing services rendered to the injured members of the Police Department and/or the Fire Department herein named., The payment of any of these bills shall not be construed as an approval of any previous claims pending or future claims for expenses or benefits on account of any alleged injury to the individuals named.
