BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

      SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, on

December 13, 2006, establishing a loading zone designated area, be and the same is

hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [ page 95165 of the Journal of

Proceedings]:

West Byron Street

No. 1801, Monday thru Friday

8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m, 15 - minutes

limit with flashing lights

(NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE)."

Inserting in lieu thereof,

"West Byron Street

No. 1801, Monday thru Friday

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 15 - minutes limit with flashing lights (NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE-

SECTION 2.
