ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the    1401-1459   block of East 71^st Street        on the south side of the street, Sunday thru Saturday. 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and also add to Zone 269.
