That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 5500 block of South Homan Avenue , from 5514 to 5556 South Homan Avenue. on both sides of the street. Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
