RESOLUTION

 

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by Alderman Edward M. Burke; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski was a widely admired member of the religious community and Bishop Ordinary of the Western Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski served as the Pastor of All Saints Cathedral Parish in Chicago; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski was the beloved husband of Deborah, nee Petrosky; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski was the much-adored father of Joshua and Hannah to whom he imparted many of the fine and noble qualities that he possessed in abundance; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski was the dear brother of Charles, Robert and the late Karolyn; and

 

WHEREAS, The faithfulness, sacrifice and dedication of The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski serve as an example to all; and

 

WHEREAS, The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski was an individual of great integrity who will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by his many relatives, friends and admirers; and

 

WHEREAS, To his beloved family, The Right Reverend Stanley M Bilinski imparts a legacy of faithfulness, service and dignity; now, therefore

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the Chicago City Council, assembled this fourteenth day of November, 2018, do hereby commemorate The Right Reverend Stanley M. Bilinski for his grace-filled life and do hereby express our condolences to his family; and

 

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of The Right Reverend Stanley'M. Bilinski.
