Your Committee on Traffic Control and Safety begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body Do Not Pass the sundry proposed ordinances and orders submitted herewith, which were referred to the committee (June 30, July 28, September 8, October 6 and November 3, 2010 and January 13, February 9 and March 9, 2011) concerning traffic regulations and traffic signs, et cetera, as follows:
