ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone

on West 57th Street , from South St. Louis Avenue to South Central Park Avenue on both sides of the street ,     from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.,    Sunday thru Saturday .
