ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 9 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (13.20), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 29, 1998 at pages 75079 through 75080, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (13.20) On 59th Street, from Keeler Avenue to Kostner Avenue.
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (13.387), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 29, 2003 at pages 5687 through 5689, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (13.387) On the west side of Central Avenue, from 61s' Street to 63rd Street.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (23.182), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 28, 2001 .at pages 72957 through 72958, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (23.182) On 63rd Street, from Narraqansett Avenue to Nashville Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (13.2), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 9, 2007 at pages 105041 through 105042, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (13.2) On the south side of 55th Street, from Keeler Avenue to Kostner Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (13.276), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 2, 2002 at pages 7909...
