BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and a Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols as shown on Map No. 12-D, in the area bounded by:

A line 210 feet north of and parallel to East 53^rd Street; South Blackstone Avenue; East 53^rd Street; a line 75.40 feet west of and parallel to South Blackstone Avenue; a line 160 feet north of and parallel to East 53rd Street; and a line 150 feet west of and parallel to South Blackstone Avenue.
