RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Kevin Murray to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Kevin Murray, age 70, passed away on November 1, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; his children, Brianne and Matthew; and brothers Patrick (Mary Carol) and Michael (Virginia); as well as his niece, nephews and great nephews. Kevin was a retired Operating Engineer with Local 150, working for the Chicago Water Department for over 30 years. He was a lifelong White Sox and Bears fan. He enjoyed golf, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog, Coco. He will be greatly missed, and
WHERAS, Kevin Murray leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this seventeenth day of November, 2021, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Kevin Murray and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
