ORDINANCE
 
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
 
SECTION 2.  Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (23.182), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of March 14, 2012 at pages 22762 through 22763, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (23.182)     On 63rd Street, from Narragansett Avenue to Nashville Avenue.
 
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
