HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL ESPENSES OF INJURED POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS


Submitted herewith are payments covering hospital and medical expenses of the Police and/or the Fire Departments, injured in their performance of Duty which have been approved by the respective Departments.

ORDERED, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to issue payments in conformity with the schedule herein set forth, to physicians, hospitals, nurses or other individuals, in settlement for hospital, medical and nursing services rendered to the injured members of the Police Department and/or the Fire Department herein named. The payment of any of these bills shall not be construed as an approval of any previous claims pending or future claims for expenses or benefits on account of any alleged injury to the individuals named. The total amount of said claims is set opposite the names of the injured members ofthe Police Department and/or the Fire Department, and payments are to be drawn in favor of the proper claimants and charged to the following Account Numbers: 100-57-2005-0937; 610-57-4415-0937; 740-57-4415-0937; 100-59-2005-0937; 610-59-4415-0937; and 740-59-4415-0937.
