TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as traffic lane - tow/away zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW AWAY ZONES:
12 S. Damen, from 3500-3659, Street Cleaning, Mondays West side of

30 Repeal ordinance passed February 8, 2006, journal page 70064 which
reads: W. North Avenue (north side) from a point 85 feet west of N. Tripp Avenue to a point 25 feet west thereof; no parking loading zone, 10:30 am to 10:00 pm, tow zone, by striking the above -12-02000762 [O2012-6548]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES CONT'D:
30 Repeal ordinance passed October 31, 2007, journal page 11579, which
reads: W. North Avenue (north side) from a point 20 feet west of N. Harding Avenue to a point 23 feet west thereof: 15 minute standing zone, use flashing lights, tow zone after 15 minutes; 5:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday; by striking the above - 12-02000746 [O2012-7080]
44 Amend ordinance passed July 6, 2011, journal page 3058 which reads;
W. Diversey Parkway (north side) from N. Lake Shore Drive West to N. Commonwealth; no parking street cleaning 9am to 1pm, 2nd Tuesday of the month 4/1-11/30 tow zone by striking the above; also add W. Diversey Pkwy (north side) from N. Lake Shore Drive West to N. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its
passage and publication.
