CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO CARRIE RADABAUGH AND JOHN RIORDAN ON BIRTH OF SON, THOMAS KENNEDY RIORDAN.
WHEREAS, Parents Carrie Radabaugh and John Riordan brought a brand new baby into the world on Wednesday, June 19, 2013; and
WHEREAS, On that date, Thomas Kennedy arrived, all seven pounds, nine ounces and stretching the tape to twenty-one inches; and
WHEREAS, The joy spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives, particularly his brother, Richard James, his grandparents, Mary Riordan, Joan Maxwell and Dennis Radabaugh, his loving aunt Sarah Riordan, uncles Matt and Daniel Riordan and John Radabaugh, and cousins Katherine, Abigail and John Riordan; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this twenty fourth day of July, 2013, A.D., do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to Carrie Radabaugh and John Riordan and proudly welcome their son, Thomas Kennedy Riordan, into the world where we are confident he will grow, prosper and make many significant contributions to the world; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to Thomas Kennedy Riordan.
