RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, portions ofthe below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:


WARD RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:
23 5515-5559 S. Newcastle Avenue; 5515-5559 S. Newcastle Avenue (both sides);
Residential Permit Parking Zone, all times, all days [Or2014-215]
23 S. Menard Avenue; 5449-5477 S. Menard Avenue (both sides); Residential Permit
Parking Zone [Or2014-208]



WARD AMEND RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:
14 W. 52nd Street; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 4 to include; W. 52nd Street
(south side) from S. Lockwood Avenue to the first alley east thereof; all times, all days [Or2014-217]
14 5100-5199 S. Sawyer Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 23 to include;
5100-5199 S. Sawyer Avenue (both sides); all times, all days [Or2014-218]
14 5300-5399 S. Monitor Avenue; Repeal Residential Permit Parking Zone 1627, 5300-
5399 S. Monitor Avenue, by striking the above [02014-4143]
30 N. Keystone Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 786 to include; 1812-
1856 N. Keystone Avenue between W. Bloomingdale Avenue and W. Cortland Street, including 1802-1808 N. Keystone Avenue (west side) [02011-5494]



SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and/or amend Residential Permit Parking Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
