BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M2-2 Light Industry District and the M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-1 in the area bounded by:

The east line of South Kedzie Avenue; the south line of West 48th Place; a line 212.77 feet east of and parallel to the east line of South Kedzie Avenue; a line 203.11 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West 48th Place

to those of a C3-1 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and a corresponding use district is hereby established.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
