THE YEAR XLI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ORDINANCE


WHEREAS, pursuant to the enactment of the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended (the "Act"), the City of Chicago proposes to submit the Action Plan for Year XLI Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds, unexpended funds of prior federal years and related revenues in the amount of ninety-four million, five hundred thousand dollars ($94,500,000.00), plus entitlement funding for the HOME Investment Partnership Program ("HOME"), the Emergency Solutions Grant ("ESG"), and the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS Grant ("HOPWA").
