ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the 5900 block of South Kolin Avenue , on the west side of the street from 5914 to 5958 South Kolin Avenue, including wrap-around on West 60th Street from South Kolin Avenue west to the alley , and on the east side of South Kolin Avenue, from 5915 to 5959 South Kolin Avenue, including the wrap-around on West 60th Street from South Kolin Avenue east to the first alley, at all times, Sunday thru Saturday.
