ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and

directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone

in the    5100     block of    South Troy Avenue, from the first alley south of West 51^st

Street to West 52^nd Street        on both sides of street   Sunday thru Saturday , at all
