BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing RS-2 Residential Single-Unit Detached House District Symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 28-E in the area bound by:


The public alley next south of and parallel to East 113th Street; South Front Avenue; a northwesterly line 148.65 feet long starting at a point 72.85 feet southwest of the south line of the public alley next south of East 113th Street (as measured along the northwest line of South Front Avenue) and ending at a point 42.88 feet south of the south line of the public alley next south of East 113th Street, (as measured along the east boundary line of the public alley next west of South Front Avenue); the public alley next west of and parallel to South Front Avenue.
