ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     1051-1101    block of East 80^th Street (alley East of Dobson to Greenwood) , on the south side of the street, at all times and also, add to Zone 353.
