BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1: On behalf of the City of Chicago as Landlord, the Commissioner of the Department of Fleet and Facility Management is authorized to execute a Lease with Liquid NSB, LLC, as tenant, for use of 930.4 square feet of land area, located on the westernmost sixteen (16) feet of the public parking lot at 3622-3624 North Cicero Avenue, to be used as a driveway to permit ingress to the adjacent lot at 3618 North Cicero Avenue; such Lease to be approved as to form and legality by the Corporation Counsel in substantially the following form:

LEASE

THIS LEASE (the "Lease") is made and entered into this day of
, 2016 by and between, the CITY OF CHICAGO, an Illinois municipal
corporation and home rule unit of government (herein referred to as "City" or "Landlord"), and LIQUID NSB, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, Landlord is the owner of the parking lot located at 3622-3624 North Cicero Avenue, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois (the "Property"); and

WHEREAS, Tenant seeks use of the west sixteen (16) feet of the Property, as legally described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, (the "Premises") for use as a driveway to provide ingress to Tenant's proposed car wash directly adjacent to and south of the Property; and
