ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 3900 block of West 70th Street on the south side ofthe street from 3901 to 3945 and op the North side of the street from_ 3900__— 3944; including the wrap-around on South Springfield Avenue, west side of thestreet, from Springfield north to the first alley and from Springfield south to the first alley, Sunday thru Saturday, all times.
