WHEREAS, On November 21, 2017 the City Council of the City of Chicago adopted the Year XLIV Community Development Block Grant Ordinance (the "Year XLIV CDBG Ordinance"); and

WHEREAS, The City, through its Department of Public Health ("CDPH"), desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $200,000 to support existing agencies funded under the Violence Prevention program; and

WHEREAS, CDPH desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $165,000 to support Mental Health Clinics; and

WHEREAS, CDPH desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $72,419 for the reimbursement of indirect cost; and

WHEREAS, The City, through the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities ("MOPD"), desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $300,000 to support the Home Mod program; and

WHEREAS, MOPD desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $62,2 7 the reimbursement of indirect cost; and

WHEREAS, The City, through its Department of Family and Support Services ("DFSS"), desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $370,000 to support new and existing agencies under the Homeless Services program; and

WHEREAS, DFSS desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $50,000 to support existing agencies under the Senior Services program; and

WHEREAS, DFSS desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $390,000 to support existing agencies under the Domestic Violence program; and

WHEREAS, DFSS desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $216,594 for the reimbursement of indirect cost; and

WHEREAS, The City, through its Department of Planning and Development ("DPD"), desires to accept additional funds in the amount of $4,500,000 for the Developer Services program; and
