ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RS3 Residential Single-Family (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.10-1 in the area bounded by


a line 178.42 feet north of and parallel to West 46th Street; South Washtenaw Avenue; a line 103.42 feet north of and parallel to West 46th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Washtenaw Avenue,


to those of a RT4 Residential Two-flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
