ORD1ANANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing no parking tow zones the designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefore the following:

"South Avers Avenue                     7100 block of South Avers Avenue, cast side of

the street, from West 72^nd Street north to the parking lot entrance, Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4pm, No Parking, Tow Zone."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Avers Avenue

7100 block of South Avers Avenue, east side of the street, from West 72^nd Street north to the parking lot entrance, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, No Parking, Tow Zone."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
