1. Your Committee on Finance having had under consideration a communication recommending a proposed ordinance amending section 2-32-085 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, regarding charitable organizations eligible for contributions from voluntary payroll deduction program.

Having had the same under advisement, begs leave to report and recommend that your Honorable Body pass the proposed re-appointment.

This recommendation was concurred in by a viva voce vote

SECTION 1. Section 2-32-085 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the text underscored, and by deleting the text struck through, as follows:
2-32-085 Voluntary charitable payroll deductions.
