ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B1-3, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-F in the area bound by:

a line 231.39 feet north of and parallel to West Menononee Street; North Wells Street; a line 108.78 feet north of and parallel to West Menononee Street; the alley next west of and parallel to North Wells Street; the alley next north of and parallel to West Menononee Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Wells Street;

to those of a B1-1.5, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
