BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Martin Keane of Emerald Concrete, Inc from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 4614 West Armitage Avenue.
