SECTION I. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Institutional Planned Development Number 1103 District and RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-L in the area bounded by:

West Quincy Sireet; a line 62 1.19 feet cast ofand parallel to South Leamington Avenue; the public alley next south ofand parallel to West Quincy Street; a line 530.43 feet cast ofand parallel to South'Leamington Avenue; West Jackson Boulevard; a line 1 10.50 feet east ofand parallel lo South Leamington Avenue; the public alley next south ofand parallel to West Jackson Boulevard; and South Leamington Avenue

to those of a RM4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District which is hereby established in ihe area described above.
