BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish - No Parking Tow Zone, Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

2                     West Division Street (both sides) from 38 West Division Street through 100 West

Division Street; No Overnight Parking, Tow Zone, All days from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM

2                     North Dearborn Street (both sides) from 1150 North Dearborn Street through

1212 North Dearborn Street; No Overnight Parking, Tow Zone, All Days from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM

2                     North State Parkway (west side only) from 1122 North State Parkway through

1166 North State Parkway; No Overnight Parking Tow Zone, All Days from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
