BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on May 23, 2022, prohibiting parking in a designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 47835 of the Journal of Proceedings]:
"West 52»d Street
Inserting in lieu thereof, "West 52nd Street
on the north side of the street - from a point twenty (20) feet from the building east thereof to South Linder Avenue (corner clearance), 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., on all school days
NO PARKING - TOW ZONE, EXCEPT FOR OFFICIAL SCHOOL PERSONNEL PERMIT PARKING ONLY."
on the north side ofthe street - from a point twenty (20) feet from the building east thereof to South Linder Avenue (corner clearance), 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., on all school days
NO PARKING - TOW ZONE, EXCEPT FOR OFFICIAL SCHOOL PERSONNEL PERMIT PARKING ONLY."
