"N. Oliphant, e/s, FAP 20 feet north of N. Northwest Highway TAP 20 feet north thereof. No Parking Loading Zone 11AM to 11 PM Tow Zone; by striking FAP 20 feel north of N. Northwest Highway TAP 20 feet north thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof, "FAP 20 feet north of N. Northwest Highway, TAP 40 feet north thereof.
