AMEND LOADING ZONES:
BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1.
Repeal ordinance passed on June 9, 2010, page 93720 which established a Loading Zone 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., Wednesday (Public Benefit) on S. Washtenaw Avenue (east side) from a point approximately 140 feet north of W. 55th Street to a point approximately 140 feet north thereof (Ward 14);
SECTION 2.
Amend ordinance passed September 4, 2003, page 7179 which reads: N. Oliphant Avenue (east side) from a point 20 feet north of Northwest Highway to a point 20 feet north thereof ~ no parking loading zone - 11:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M., Tow-Away Zone by striking: to a point 20 feet north thereof and inserting in lieu thereof: to a point 40 feet north thereof - 02011-951 (Ward 41);
SECTION 3.
Amend ordinance passed September 16, 1996, page 28287 which reads: E. Walton Street (north side) from a point 194 feet east of N. Rush Street to a point 20 feet east thereof, Loading/Tow Away Zone 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M., by striking: Loading/Tow Away Zone 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M., and inserting in lieu thereof: No Parking Tow Zone 10-01584764 -PO2010-5419(Ward42);
SECTION 4,
Repeal ordinance passed November 1, 2005, page 59996 which reads: W. Devon Avenue (north side) from a point 108 feet west of N. Bell Avenue to a point 17 feet west thereof, No Parking Loading Zone 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., All Days -- O2011-793 (Ward 50);
SECTION 5.
Repeal ordinance passed November 1, 2005, page 59996 which reads: W. Devon Avenue (north side) from a point 152 feet west of N. Bell Avenue to a point 31 feet west thereof, No Parking Loading Zone 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., All Days -- 02011-793 (Ward 50);
SECTION 6.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
