AMEND LOADING ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council to on September 11, 1996, page 28287 of the Journal of the Proceedings of said date, "East Walton Street (north side) from a point 160 feet east of North Rush Street, to a point 20 feet east thereof - loading zone / tow away zone 11:00a.m. to 2:00a.m." (96-1104) in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

Loading Zone - 11:00 a.m. to 2:00a.m.

and inserting in lieu thereof

Tow Away Zone At All Times (Public Benefit)

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
