ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the  4000  block of   West 58^th Place, beginning at 4010. at the alley to the end of the block (4059)     on both sides of the street. Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
