BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones, for the following locations:

Amend ordinance passed May 1st, 2002, page 84320 for Residential Permit Parking Zone 154, 1300 block of N. Dean St, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, All Days by striking 6:00 AM and inserting in lieu thereof 10:00 AM [O2011 -5213]
Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 102, 2100 block of N. Bingham St., At All Times by striking At All Times and inserting in lieu thereof 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM [O2011-4961]
Repeal ordinance passed October 6th, 2010, page 102631, Residential Permit Parking Zone 1598, All Days, All Times, N. Lawndale (both sides) from 2300 to 2343 N. Lawndale, between Belden and Fullerton [02011-5354]
Removal of Residential Permit Parking Zone 178, 4800 block of N. Nottingham [Or2011-634]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
