MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS NO PEDDLING SIGNS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend No Peddling Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

14                     West 51st Street; West 51st Street (north and south sides) from South Western

Avenue to South Lawndale Avenue; No Peddling [02016-2559]

14                     South Kedzie Avenue; South Kedzie Avenue (east and west sides) from South Archer

Avenue to West 59th Street; No Peddling [02016-2560]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Peddling Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
