RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions ofthe below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:

 

 

WARD                     RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:

 

2                     West Walton Street between North Damen Avenue and North Hoyne Avenue;

Residential Permit Parking Zone 168, 6:00pm to 6:00am, All Days [02018-925]

8                     1950-2000 East 86th Street (east and west sides) from alley to south Jeffery Drive;

1700-1799 West 16th Street; Amend Ordinance which reads: 1700-1799 West 16th Street; Residential Permit Parking Zone 1645, 3:00pm to 9:00am, All Days, by Striking: 3:00pm to 9:00am and Inserting: All Times in lieu thereof [02018-3092]

3801-3899 West Wabansia Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 1795, by Inserting 3801-3899 West Wabansia Avenue (south side), All Time, All Days [02018-197]

 

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Residential Permit Parking Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
