We, the undersigned members of the Committee on Committees and Rules and/or the Committee on Finance, request you to call a joint committee meeting of the Rules and Finance Committee to hold a hearing for the Bring Chicago Home Resolution. We make this request in accordance with Rule 39 of the Rules and Order of Procedure of the Chicago City Council, which states that a meeting must be held if a written request is made by a majority of the committee members to the committee chairs.
